If South Carolina stunk at women's basketball, the tournament wouldn't be in Greenville. Sports like WBB are going to put the tournament in a location where they can maximize ticket sales. If UK were the #1 WBB team, it'd be in Nashville. If it was Arkansas, it'd be in Memphis.
