—No guidance on TROs and court cases
—No interaction with NCAA on how to manage NIL
—No attempt to have NCAA define “5 in 5”
—Has followed all court rulings except for the LA ruling
—Commissioner and lawyers refuse to clarify bylaws while under oath
—Defers to NCAA on eligibility and competition rules
What exactly are they governing? What exactly are they doing independently?

The SEC didn't allow black players until the late 60s.
