After last night, if Mett truly did transform into what many thought he would be, then he has to be in the conversation.
I kinda agree with this statement but also, I don't prescribe to trade in futures. Have to go by what has been done on the field. McCarron has "Leader" written all over him. J3 has "holy frick what did he just do and how did he do it" written all over him. Mett has, "Finally" being thrown at him.

Go for it. Report back when done.

This is a good topic. I hope it doesn't go full retard.
Based on the stats, it's got to be a 3-way between Johnny, AJM, and AM. Although McCarron doesn't have near as many yards, he's still completing 2/3 and has the second most TD's.
If you include Johnny Football's rushing TD's, he's beyond everyone in points.
Keep in mind, and I know I'm just saying this as a leghumper, but Murray has jack shite for pass protection, and is still putting up the yards, the TD's, as well as the W's.
As of now, it's a 3-way tie in my opinion.
As of today, 11/4/2012
Johnny Football-
66.6% 2527 yards, 16 TD (passing only) edit +15 rushing
Rating 101.4
AJ McCarron-
66.6% 1849 yards, 19 TD (passing only)edit +1 rushing
Rating 126.5
Aaron Murray-
64.9% 2448 yards, 21 TD (passing only)edit +3 rushing
Rating 113.2
Tyler Wilson-
60.6% 2526 yards, 16 TD (passing only)
Rating- 97.5
Zach Mettenberger-
58.4% 1717 yards, 8 TD (passing only)
Rating- 128.2
Connor Shaw-
66.3% 1338 yards, 12 TD (passing only)
Rating- 104.1

You can't just eliminate JFF's rushing stats. Its what separates him from the rest.

Right, the way they are broken out on espn makes me have to go through each game and count them up individually for every qb and that's a pain in the arse. The passing TD's are the only ones they plop right up for you on the player page with the other stats.
I made sure to point out they were passing only by each player, and also I made sure to mention that Johnny is ahead of everyone in total TD's if you include the rushing TD's.
Don't say my post wasn't fair.

You just listed their NFL QB rating. Why?

I had to laugh, Johnny's got another 900+ yards in rushing and another 15 TDs.

I just edited the post. Happy now?
Also, I included the qb rating just for shits and giggles, it was on the same line as the other stats.

I mean you can still be a homer and say that Aaron Murray isn't as good as Johnny.

Yeah but in college, stats use their college QB rating, not what their NFL rating is.

Is there any doubt that halfway thru the season, it is hands down AJ McCannon followed closely by JFF.

It's definitely not Bo Wallace
