No. I'm saying that they have been selling bud light platinum in Mississippi. I've bought it a couple of times. I just don't know how they have legally been able to sell it, because it is 6% and the state only allows 5%.

Bud Light Platinum can have different alcohol content state by state. The BLP you buy in AL or FL can have different %Alc the the BLP you buy in MS.




ETA - Although it wouldn't make much sense because BLP is marketed as a "higher alcohol content" beer, but sales are sales.
