Perhaps the worst ever was Ole Miss in 1964.

Preseason #1 - finished 5-5-1.

LSU '08 is bunk. No one wins the East or West with a freshman QB. Should have done better than 9-5, but not much.

Queu the guy who's going to tell me about how Alabama won the SEC in 1950 with a Freshman QB

Alot of fans never take into consideration the talent that left a good team. It only bases their expectations on the talent that is coming back.

One thing I have noticed is that 2006 was the recruiting class that produced almost all the good players for 08 and 09. The 07 class wasn't that great and the 08 class had some holes after the coaching change.

The 2009 class looks very promising especially now that some of those kids have qualified from Hargrave and it appears Ole Miss will follow that up with an equally strong 2010 class. Nutt even said he thinks they'll have as good or better of a class. If so, that's 2 great classes in a row that look similar to the 06 class. If that's the case, Ole Miss could be very very strong in the years to come. I've always thought Nutt was a very strong recruiter. He locked down the state of Arkansas for years and now has stolen alot of difference makers out of that state.
