Lol you keep mentioning Murphy transferring like it makes some sort of impact on who UF plays at QB.
Timestamps and edits confuse you.

OK now you are being a little ridiculous.
Saying that 2012 Clemson is far better than 2013 GT (CU has outscored GT 102-62 the past 2 seasons), and that 12-2 Mizzou was better than 9-4 Nebraska last season?? How so??

* Driskel started his first game at WR versus Bowling Green in 2012
I would say that Driskel certainly has the most experience as a starter in the SEC. He has been the most efficient passer in terms of completions but his decision-making must not be the greatest with his poor TD-INT ratio. He looks to be the most dynamic rushing QB in terms of # of carries and yards, although USC's Thompson has as many rushing tds with a 3rd the attempts. Vandy's Robinette's 7 rushing tds in his limited time playing thus far is impressive...
Both Thompson and Driskel have scored as many total tds (passing+rushing) in their careers and lead the returning QBs, although Driskel has twice the INTs.
Missouri's Mauk doesn't have the best completion % as a passer - in fact most of the returning QBs in the SEC this season look to be mediocre unless they improve drastically - but his TD-INT ratio is excellent. Will that continue with all those tall WRs gone from last year??
UT's Worley has a terrible career TD-INT ratio, and is not a threat to run with the ball. This all coming during a career playing behind what was thought to be among the best OLs in the SEC the past 3 yrs, with some great WR units too. Now that the Vol OL and WR units will be overhauled with new players, will that improve?
UGA's Mason will be a 5th-yr. Senior this season, with only 2 career starts under his belt: those came in the last 2 games UGA has played.
His career has mostly been in mop-up duty for Murray after easy wins have already been sealed, and mostly against FCS and weak OOC FBS opponents. Will those final 2 games last season be preparation enough for him to go through and entire SEC season as a starter?
The key for Driskel will be how well the team plays around him. He's been the QB for some very shitty offenses. If the Ol and WR actually play even remotely close to Florida standards, Driskel could have a big year and Florida will be very scary. If they suck again, then honestly, I doubt Driskel even stays healthy half the year.

The key for most QB's is how the team plays around him.

Bingo.
The teams that went very closely 1-2 in the East last year just had their QB's sign preferred/undrafted FA contracts and were not drafted.

We are talking about a QB's performance vs these teams, so let's look at their pass defense.
Thompson's quality opponents-
2012 Clemson gave up 3124 passing yards.
2013 Mizzou gave up 3709 passing yards.
Mason's opponents-
2013 Georgia Tech gave up 3178 passing yards.
2013 Nebraska gave up 2790 passing yards.
Mason's opponents had better pass defenses than Thompson's.
And his numbers are better against them...
Just sayin..

Nebraska and Georgia Tech are quality opponents? What a world you must live in.

Ohhhh. I'm staying out of this one.

Mauk came off the bench as a freshman with no tuneups against UGA. His first two full games were against FL and Scar, the two best defenses in the east, followed by TN and KY. The dude is going to be a best if the team performs around him

You can't even stand up for your position without misleading the facts? The only reference I've made to CCU was when your boy came into their CCU game with the score already 40-0. Thompson barely made an appearance in our CCU gm.
And yes, playing 90% @ UCF with the game on the line for most of it IS more substantial than coming in for mop-up duty against a FCS Coastal Carolina with the score already 40-0 in your favor, and CCU has given up. If you seriously want to argue that, go ahead.
The last time UGA played UCF, UCF skull-fricked UGA, and they weren't even as good of a team then as they were last season.
UCF would've rode GT out of the stadium last season, IMO. Didn't UGA and Mason need OT to beat them?
2012 Clemson was a far better opponent than 2013 GT, sorry...
I throw in ECU for good measure because at least it was a full game start, and not just a mop-up appearance with the game already decided by 40+ pts by other players.....
Also the start vs Mizzou and relief job vs Michigan were all quality appearances in tight, critical games as well....
