Will Lane survive his first year at LSU if he doesn't win at least 13 games? Does he start boozing again with all the pressure from the lunatic LSU fans and admin to win a NC in year one?

Does he allow college pussy to divert his attention and lose focus on the season because of the drama associated with an elderly man trying to act young and be accepted by teen-age girls and young twenty-somethings?

If things go downhill fast, will he actually be able to escape Baton Rouge like he escaped from Knoxville or will the trapping instincts of Cajuns limit his options of escaping?

If he goes for it on 3rd and 25 from LSU's 10 yard line, over and over again, do drunken and retarded LSU fans storm the sidelines and escort him from the stadium?

Lane seems to be on the hottest of hot seats. Get your popcorn.

You gotta admit ya'll WILL fire a HC 2 years in if you don't get to the playoffs. Embrace it. Don't deny.

Lane will get 4 years, just like BK did.

Not 2 years, give us some credit. Maybe if it was “Sunbelt Billy” he would have been fired after year 2. Most coaches will get at least 3 years to prove themselves. LSU pays way too much money with unreal buyouts to be firing coaches after 2 years.

Only in your fractured dreams will Kiffin get 4 years at LSU with even average results. LSU fans have voluntarily upped the stakes on his performance to where he will have to be almost flawless to survive even 2 seasons.

From the start, there was no "come here, do your best, cultivate talent, set your program up, no pressure, just take it easy and plan for the long term".

Hell no. It was win, win, win and win immediately. City leaders in New Orleans were demanding him to say he would win a NC or they wouldn't allow him back into the city, etc...

All of you are real idiots that have willingly created a pressure cooker for him.

The whole fanbase has almost literally worked themselves into a foaming lather gushing about how it is now LSU's time to conquer the world.

The best coach ever is at LSU. He is the best recruiter to ever breathe air. The best offensive mind currently alive. Kiffin took Ole Miss to the playoffs, he can take LSU to the NC every year and win maybe 6 or 7 just like Saban.

The expectations all of you have built up around him, quite purposely and ignorantly, have to be fulfilled almost immediately or there will be consequences.

He won't make it through a whole 2nd season if things fall off badly, like only 6 or 7 wins.
