Last time I went was in 09, but how do ga tickets work now? Used to buy them ahead or on the street and them got in line early and waited. Is that the same with the new stadium?

Went in 2011. It was pretty simple to get into all the games. I would buy a book of seats in advance but after that just go to the ticket office. They are readily available.

I've been to Omaha five times. Never once had a problem getting tickets.
One time I got them through the Gamecock Club, the other four times General Admission and/or from people selling them on the street.
The later it goes, the more tickets there are because those fans whose teams lose-out early will sell their books to scalpers who will sell them on the street for small mark-ups, until the Championship Game. So when you buy in week two, buy the entire book from the box office or else you end-up paying more for Championship Tickets (from scalpers) than you would have for the entire remaining book from the box office.
There are also local fans who have had tickets for decades and sometimes, and you can tell who they are, they will be out there tailgating and selling tickets usually for face value. They've got the best seats in the place so be on the lookout for those folks - make friends along the way and they may fix you up for the entire tourney.
Teams that appear in Omaha a lot usually have big local fan followings and both LSU and SCAR have made a big name for all SEC fans out there, Florida too recently, so there are a lot of local SEC baseball fans.

Never went to Rosenblatt so I don't know that but if I had to guess it hasn't changed much.

Don't buy from scalpers. They sell the books all the time. Just get them at the ticket office. The tickets are good for every game including the championship series.
