SEC asks for TRO preventing NO votes

SEC is threatening to sue any school who declares a NO vote. This they say, is interfering with the vote.
Feel free to declare your yes though

To be fair, their request for the TRO is to prevent a request for a TRO that prevents the vote, not to prevent a no vote.

Unless I’m misunderstanding something. There’s so many moving pieces with this.

SEC doesn't want polititions or schools talking about this.
they are suing for 1st Amendment rights, while filing for TRO to silence others
