I would suspect non-existent. Seems that you need to set a course for correction and follow another program or give up football fandom.
That, or accept that “We Are Ole Miss” includes you and as such you will always be subject to massive underperformance and misery.
Unless you fully accept who Ole Miss is and always will be and set expectations properly moving forward, your depression likely to get worse.
Maybe some gas station chicken on a long toothpick and some shade under the busted arse trees will help your mood?
