Did Jimbo play a soft BDF schedule in any year? He would have made the playoffs in the BDF in 2020.

lol the Covid year when half the players opted out of the season.

Bitch please.

I look at that graphic and just think of all of the talent that was wasted by Jimbo.

It's a shame he could recruit better than most, but develop talent less and atrophy talent due to bad scheme. And his offense fell apart as soon as his decent OL coach left and the OL tattered... it's amazing how much better they have played under new coaching regimen.

Too bad you can't influence your misguided brethren.

Most of those are alters.. When a team wins around here, the alters come out to play. It doesn't matter the sport. I try to call them out, but that just starts a different pissing contest. They are pretty easy to spot. They all act exactly the same, regardless of the team by their name.

Agreed.

Hook 'em Horns is great, but he doesn't post a lot in tRant. TexasonTop and Gaius Julius Bevo are solid as well.

Fans were feeling great about Jimbo after the Orange Bowl win and Top 4 finish. Things changed after Elko left for Duke.

He's definitely been doing better YOY, but is there a ceiling for him? A point at which the fanbase starts to turn? This isn't a dig at you. But the Texas fanbase is one of the most fickle in the NCAA. Say sark goes 8-4 or 9-3 this year. Does that heat his seat up?

For me? Nope. He is recruiting great. He is developing great. He is getting kids drafted. He is building a great culture that we haven't had in a long time.

8-4 or 9-3 is definitely possible with Ewers playing the way he is right now. It is Sark's job to fix that problem, but when a guy gets injured, you really don't know how he will respond.

He is going to have a hard decision to make if Ewers starts against Vanderbilt the way he did against OU or GA. Either way, I trust him to figure it out.

Josh Henson leaving and his back fill being Steve Addazio did no favors either. More like Subtract-zio.

And the whole time, Jimbo had Darrell Dickey as the OC; I guess nobody else would take orders from him or challenge his old playcalling.

And Jimbo and Sumlin had to do it against SEC opponents, not Big 12 high school teams.
