I seriously doubt he becomes AD.

i doubt he retires at au. i think partsgump is thinking saban will be the bear and hang around forever. he isn't like that.
the ad shite might be the funniest thing i have ever read on the sec rant.

I wish someone would make him a huge offer just to make the gumps ante up again. Over the years I have enjoyed watching Bama attempt to pay for victory... first directly to the players now to the HC. Heres to erasing both the proud collegiate tradition of earning victory and the Bear.

I want to know who the frick in South Bend thought a 10 year contract on that fat frick was a good idea

never said he would be forced out. its hard to force out a guy like him that wins but he is not going to do what partsretard thinks will happen.
Like you know what he will do.
ps...
nice attack on the name calling..childish...and expected...but other than that, nicely played.

How much is your coach making? That's like when the Red Sox complain that the Yankees are spending too much money.

lmao at those dogging Saban....knowing good and well that they would blow him if they knew it would convince Saban to return to BR.
Posted on 11/11/08 at 2:34 pm to partsman103
and then becomes ad? your own kind doesn't think its gonna happen.
Posted on 11/11/08 at 2:36 pm to partsman103
i don't know how long he will stay at bama but he isn't going to retire there and become ad. saying that is even dumber than saying he will take every single job that opens up
Posted on 11/11/08 at 2:53 pm to heartbreakTiger
we all can speculate as to what he does when it's time to retire. I simply speculated that he would move in as the AD.....others speculated that he will leave.
There is no right or wrong answer. No good or bad opinion.
jus sayin.

Only desperate teams with deep pockets will go after Saban. Bama started "The Process".

Every coach we ever had earned his way to his salary. But thats what happens when you have the best AD and U. Enjoy it, AU had to buy it. The tradition was not enough. Like I said I enjoy watching them buy victory. By the way, Yankees and Redsox and NFL all profesional sports... you know, where an orginazation can legally pay the players for victory. Here's to any and all future * (Asterisks)

quote:So are you saying that we are paying an unproven College Football coach? Stupid post. The man has turned EVERY college team he ever coached into a winner while he was there. Hmm...Not to mention he had SEC and BCS hardware prior to us hiring him. Oh and by the way, I believe he has earned every penny he has been paid at this point. From a team standpoint as well as a business standpoint.

Oh, and here is my backhand back at you, we are the company that wanted to hire the proven salesman that had already taken his bumps and received the training he needed at the previous company. We paid top dollar for him, but in the end when he performs it is all worth it. (For all of my LSU brethren, this is not directed towards you but towards the 3 post nazi MoreorLes)
