I'm in favor of felons voting but I'm also in favor of most felons being restored to their full rights as citizen after serving their punishment. Firearm ownership, voting, etc with the obvious exceptions for certain violent crimes where those restored rights may not be in the interest of public safety.

This isn't even a remotely intelligent comment. What it induces is what it always has induced...true bipartisan rule and compromise.
Democrats always are so fricking stupid when it comes to issues like this. They think they will be the majority power for all eternity, so they pull stunts like the "Reid Rule" and the "Biden Rule" and change the rules, then get triggered like the biggest collection of Karens in history when the Republicans insist that they continue to live with those rule changes when they are out of power.

This is partisan shlock. I couldn't give a shite about the democratic party. I don't even think the senate should exist anymore because it doesn't serve its original constitutional purpose to represent the interests of the state governments in opposition to the citizen interest enshrined in the house..
