Manziel should surpass Cam's total yardage record in the secnd quarter against Missouri and his number of TDs in the bowl game.

If you would pick AJ over Johnny then you:
a) like to run the ball 70% of the time or
b) you are a Bama fan
c) are an idiot
d) both b & c

AJ is a good QB but he just isn't a playmaker. Every time Manziel touches the ball there is a chance of HIM scoring a touchdown. Plus, he doesn't cry.

Tebow and RG3 had 3 losses too. JFF with better numbers. RG3 similar numbers but worse competition.

In 2008 "The year Tebow won the Heisman" UF had one loss to Ole Miss. Uf also won the SEC and BCSNC.

IMO Trent Richardson should have won it last year as his #'s were better than Ingrams in 2009. But the nation and voters were so butt hurt about two SEC teams playing in the BCSNCG that TR3 didn't get it.

RG3III was good but if you swapped out he and TR3 in conferences then TR3 has even better #'s in the Big12 than he did in the SEC and RGIII's #'s decrease about 50% in the SEC.

So IMO TR3 is better at his position than RGIII is at his position or else it wouldn't matter if either swapped conferences they should have similar or better #'s.

Then I'm smarter than you. From an NFL draft perspective...I'd take AJ and I suspect that many NFL teams would do the same. Do some research on the last 10 NFL champions. Which one did Cam or Vick win?? I'll wait for your stupid reply.

And BTW...JM isn't Cam or Vick. Do you think that he has the same talent as either of those two?? Go ahead and make a prediction that he will be the #1 pick so we can laugh at you down the road.

Number 1 pick doesn't mean better college talent. Tebow > Vick.

I haven't seen a team Heisman trophy yet.

Where do they give those out and where do you see one of those?

The Heisman is an individual award you moron.

While your interpolation might be true, AJ is an NFL prospect QB behind multiple NFL prospects on the OL. There are likely quite a few QB's who could perform about as well as McCarron in Bama's offense. For instance, I would say that if Mettenberger had been developed within Bama's system the way McCarron has, he would probably be about as good as McCarron in that offense; they are both NFL caliber prospects. And though Manziel is a great college QB in A&M's system, I doubt if he will be great pro prospect.

And he won't need 14 games, as Cam did, to do it...

Assuming the SHSU and Mizzu games go as everyone expects them too, Manziel may very well end up sitting out the equivalent of two full games this season, meaning he'll set the yardage records in essentially ten games.

Doesn't translate to better NFL talent.

I made a statement about who would get drafted higher and I stick with my prediction. JM would win a foot-race with Peyton, Eli, and Ben but who produces NFL championships? The list goes on but those 3 have way more in common with AJ than JM.

Second point is that AJ could leave college with 3 national championships. JM won't win one. I can hear your little brain taxing over the thought that he will...but he won't. If you think that aTm will run the table on the SEC (including Bama & LSU) anytime soon...you are truly retarded. The kind of delusional retarded that has everyone laughing at you right now. JM is a talented kid and is quite productive in college. Leave it at that. You fools that keep calling him superman, jesus christ, and Jonny Football are asking for the ridicule.

Finally, just to show my objectivity, I'm almost convinced that (on this years LSU team) he might have won a NC. It takes way more than 1 player and LSU and Bama have been stockpiling them for +5 years. You won't catch-up any time soon.

About what...winning national championships in college or being drafted higher in the NFL which equates to making more money?

The question is who will be remembered in 10 years? JM for his stats or AJ for all of his national championships. You aggies are too stupid to argue with.

I'll look for your posts next week stating JM's "stats" in a 38-14 defeat to the Gumps.

I'm asking why I should care that McCarron is a better NFL prospect than Manziel (which I freely admitted earlier anyway). That fact has no bearing on college success. The majority of great college QBs were not successful NFL players.

Well He's been way more successful than JFF. NC's are quite better than FOTW awards....true story.
