What if I told you, UGA wasn’t.

Also, former UGA tennis player Ellen Perez made it to quarterfinals in mixed doubles. Another former team member, Lourdes Carle made it to second round of the women’s bracket.

Congrats on the win, but of all sports to go after UGA for not caring about, tennis is an odd choice.

Well said Piney Woods. Van Horn is a good coach. In any sport, the moon and stars have to line up just right to win a championship. Players getting healthy at the right time, and a little good luck among many other things that have to happen. One play can mean the difference. For example if Morgan hadn’t played the bunt perfectly and then Milazzo catching the throw, Wake Forest would have played for the championship
