I agree, and don't see how someone could disagree. However, LSU has found themselves in the thick of it due to the wiretap.

I'll admit, I did think this would amount to something for LSU after the Yahoo article, but after learning that Wade's testimony is not likely to be heard that's a game changer. However, the NCAA is still going to investigate LSU and several schools going forward. If this were happening at Alabama I would still be nervous, especially with Wade still being on campus. Who knows? Nothing may come of it, but it's still an NCAA investigation, and that's never a good thing.
