AUBURN has way more **tradition than LSU (not bammer cause they will go crazy)and we share the state with ALABAMA while you all have Tulane and other blah teams.
**And no we are not talking about BCS trophies either..

My only problem is that you never hear about refs getting reprimanded or heaven forbid, fired.
There are two scenarios in the punt return situation.
A) The refs cheated.
or
B) The refs were in such a bad position that they could not make the call. Not a single one of them.
Either way you look at it, it's unacceptable.
I think B is what happened obviously. The fans should find out what happens to the refs when they make bad mistakes. The transparency would be great for everyone.
Having said this, if one of our guys recovers instead of Auburn the refs get a free pass on this mistake even more so. We are not even talking about it.

For all that say LSU fans whine the most about the refs, I have one thing to say:

Go back a couple of weeks and read. If that is not enough, go back a couple of years and read all the threads about the refs in the LSU/UGA game from a few years back. Remember the celebration game?

This thread was started by an LSU fan.. WHy is he/she/it bitching about the AU/UF game.. There are bad calls and some teams tend to get the favorable call most of the time.. it's part of the game.. Plus UF still wouldve lost the game if that didnt happen.

We can spin however we want but LSU has not went undefeated.. A loss to UK and Arky on a NC resume is appalling to the whole BCS system

So we should have fortified the chance to play in the BCS Champ game with 2 losses because the BCS is unfair? Lol, I do see your point but going undefeated makes no point in this thread either. Your team will get a beat down this coming Saturday, ref-assisted or not.
