Gus Malz had a bye week to prepare his offense. Half the playbook could be stuff we've never seen. Alabama is due for a let down game.

That and theres a chance that Mcelroy, Ingram, Rolando, Mt. Cody, and Arenas all get hurt. Then maybe Auburn will come back in the 4th quarter, with some help by the refs, to win by 9.

So you're saying there's not a chance in hell in other words.

Gus can have a year to prepare for our defense and still not come up with squat. We have the horses they have mules.

Alright this whole "letdown game" must be a myth, because i hear about it every week and it has yet to happen.

Seriously, GTFO if you think Alabama will play a "letdown" game against Auburn.

The players talk about AU being just "another" team. I don't want the guard to come down any. But it really hasn't this year.
It's gonna be a 4 quarter street fight. Difference is, BAMA will be punching harder in the 4th, while the barnyard will be staggering.
42-10

Bama has had 3 weeks to prepare for auburn (all scrimage games) and 4 weeks to prepare for UF. (because like the previous 3 weeks, this IB game will be a scrimage game for Bama)

Jordan-Hare is no place for the over confident. Anything can happen. Anything.

I am sure that will scare the hell out of Bama.

His offense is based upon movement and misdirection. If Alabama sticks to their assignments, like they have all season, it will be embarrassingly difficult for AU to move the ball at all.

Alabama being due for a let down game is singlehandedly the dumbest thing you could say. Its the Iron Bowl. As well as the players are coached to say, "its just another part of the process", they want to beat their instate competition.

Quite true, this is not a possible reason as to why Auburn might beat Bama.

See UT, OM, games. Those were our "let down" games.

Did you ever wonder why old school coaches say "defense wins championships"? That is because when an offense struggles, the defense carries the load/team on to victory. That's what happened in out "let down" games.
Bama has yet to play its best.

Nice post and if all of the things you listed above actually happen I think youare right and Auburn may eek one out.

Well, if the entire two deep comes down with cancer, its possible to lose.

But I think the point you are trying to make is akin to this in terms of validity: LINK
