You put O at number 2. Most know he hired an excellent coaching staff and most of them are skipping town now. O should drop out of that top 7 list you have because of that.

A big,if not the most important part of being a head coach,is putting together a solid staff and adapting to the game.
This is why Saban is still working and Coach O is adapting as well.Miles wouldn't do it and now he's gone.
O deserves plenty of credit.
