Problems off the edge

Bama's best chance of beating Clemson is keeping the pressure on Lawrence (the guy is the real deal....make no mistake). The Tide's ability to do that has taken a hit in the past week. Both edge rushers (Jennings, and Miller) are dealing with injuries. I don't expect Miller to play, and Jennings will be far from 100%.
Someone else will have to step up. Maybe we'll get a nice surprise like we did with Q. Williams at the start of the season.
BTW - word is that they'll be playing on the worst football field in the Western Hemisphere. Both teams may be dealing with injuries by the second quarter.

What happened to the guy who was supposedly back looking good around the seccg that was good in the natty last year. I think Lewis #24? Is he still not healthy?

Injured. And I don’t think anyone called him a savior. Just another guy who didn’t want to waste his college years in BR.

He just sucks. Stop making excuses

Your back ups backups are still better than most teams. So no one wants to hear about injuries. Bama wins this much because they out depth any and everyone so injuries really won't play a large part

He has a torn ACL. Hard to play with one leg.

Our backups are both out for the year.

Wouldn't be a bad time for Lewis to make his reappearance if he is able.
But, it all provides opportunity for a couple of freshmen in Latu and Anoma to step up.
Plus, Mosley is an experienced player.
In any case, the least of my worries for a Saban coached team is his ability to create pressure against a pro-style quarterback
