The SEC's a real meatgrinder, but I think that our hitting will be improved on last season. We're young on the bump, but we've recruited really, really well over the past two years. I think we're going to have some great freshmen and sophomores out there for us, which won't get us anywhere past a regional, but will still make us a tough out for any opponent.
If I still lived in Oxford, I'd have season tickets for sure. I love summers at Swayze. There's nothing quite like SEC Baseball, especially at Ole Miss, LSU, Arkansas, South Carolina or State.
Buying my season tickets for LF very soon. Cannot fricking wait for baseball season.
As a whole, it may be my favorite sport season. yes, football is my favorite sport but baseball season in Oxford is awesome. Much more laid back atmosphere, more games obviously, gorgeous weather, etc.
Seriously thinking about making the trip over to Ft Worth for opening weekend.
