Why is louisville so bad this year?
Kenny Payne was hired and put together a team as best he could but had a hard time recruiting with NCAA penalties expected in the cash payments to a players fily by an assistant during the Pitino administration (they turned out to be pretty mild).
Basically it's a ground up rebuild from Louisville. They'll get better but right now theyre not a good team.
