There are some teams in the playoffs that did rank high in transfer portal rankings. And there are some very high ranked teams who didn’t sniff the playoffs.

Only one team who was in the top 5 transfer portal rankings is not in the playoffs. That teamed got their shite pushed in by every decent team they played and spent $140 million to get a new head coach.
