Texas has to recruit a decent DL and OL first, which they haven't been able to do, and STILL haven't been able to do in this class. It's going to be quite awhile for them to be a CFP-capable team.
Doesn't mean they.may not win the B12 next year - whole conference isn't CFP-capable. However, they will simply become the new first-round bye in the process for the #1 team to run over like roadkill en route to the CG

Oh it is a playoff, it's just not for UCF. You guys need to quit being pussies and get a better schedule if you ever want a shot at the playoffs.
