who cares about rankings? they aren't reflective of how good a team is.

If your neutral site was in the same state as the home of the team you played (or even within 400 miles), then yes. Had you played Notre Dame in Chicago or Indianapolis, or Michigan in Detroit, or LSU in New Orleans, that would be considered a road game.

Can't even really consider JerryWorld a neutral site when we're playing Arkansas, as Arlington is closer to College Station than it is to Fayetteville.

The distance from Birmingham or Tuscaloosa to Dallas is almost the same as the Distance from Birmingham or Tuscaloosa to Chicago.
