Link me to my post where I said Saban didn't know what he was doing, please. I'm pretty sure you might be as retarded as 2poop.

By the way, the number of championships Saban has won is totally irrelevant to the topic.
Exactly the original poster didn't say shite about who was right wrong or better. I expected the wagons to quickly be ciricled and I wasn't let down.

Commitment works both ways and it can and is broken on both sides. Things change.

I don't have a problem with Saban's thought process in saying that.In a perfect world when a kid commits you'd like for that to be the end of the process for the kid but these days it is not very likely to happen.Miles has the same kind of thinking regarding commits. Both Miles and Saban should look in the mirror though for a hyppocrite because both are.You can't get upset about a kid leaving you at the end if you're also trying to take a kid from another school. So while I understand the thinking I think that if he is going to publicly say things like that then he has to be able to handle the backlash when people ask him about trying to poach other team's commitments. It's all part of the world of recruting these days and it will only get worse.

Congratulations, Auburn signed 6 more commitments than Alabama and thus finished ranked higher in 1 of 3 major recruiting publications. Meanwhile, Alabama just won a unanimous national title, something that Auburn is still yet to accomplish in 100+ years of playing football.
