I know this is Auburn's battle cry for last year since Bama won it all but the facts are this. Top to bottom the SEC was stronger last year than in 2004. Bama played a far better east champ,more teams had winning records and went to bowls and the records at the top were better. The middle teams were about the same, where the differences are is at the top and bottom. Better teams at both spots.
