Dude, it's a steak house that serves prime beef. Of course it's quality. Not to mention they also know how to prepare steaks properly. That's all you need to be a quality steak house.

It's really not hard to be a quality steak house, don't overthink this.

When you’ve never experienced a high end steakhouse, like Knife or Town Hearth in Dallas or Doris Metro in Houston, then you make this argument. But you do you bro!

Morton's is still good to go.

Morton's and Ruth's Chris literally serve the same beef, Prime.

I was assuming about Longhorn and Outback as I've never been to either one. Personally, my favorite is Charlie's. But that's mostly because of all the old LSU/Tulane memorabilia.

People having a pissing match over chop houses is hysterical. They're not exactly haute cuisine.

Nope, I can't say I ever have.

When I'm looking for a real fine dining experience, a chop house is not my first thought. But you do you.

Not to mention, I don't frequent Dallas or Houston.

Why are you going to Waffle House sober is your first mistake

When I lived in Oxford they had a Huddle House, but not a Waffle House, which I always found odd.

Those ladies could cook a t bone and fried shrimp for 6.99 like you wouldn't believe though. I probably ate that 5 nights a week back then.
