Because Sumrall is a professional and Kiffin is still the petulant 6 year old who was nicknamed Helicopter because of his rotor wash.
This will be the second SEC school to not allow Kiffin to coach in a playoff game.

Tulane is not a rival of UF nor are they in the same conference. Sumrall would be in the same boat if he was at an SEC rival of UF.
