RIPLEY – A Ripley man was hospitalized in Tupelo Saturday night after being involved in a fight earlier that afternoon in Ripley. Kedrick Storey, 36, a sports writer for the Southern Sentinel, sustained head injuries when he and a friend got into a fight with several other people in a bank parking lot on City Avenue North about 1:30 p.m. Police and family members said he returned to his house following the fight, and family members drove him to Tippah County Hospital. He was airlifted to Tupelo. Family members said he was conscious at the Tupelo hospital, and was being monitored for swelling and bleeding. Ripley Police Chief Scott White said the matter is under investigation, and at least two people are being sought for questioning. He said no charges have been filed at this time. I known that Freeze was a cheater ever since he tweeted that Madea was his favorite actress. You can't say that a man in drag is you're favorite actress. That's a cop out answer.
I laughed pretty hard at this.

I heard their gear is now being sold on Dirt Cheap clearance racks across the south!
Yep, I noticed the other day the Compass Bowl Champ t-shirts have claimed the prime spots at all the local Wal-Marks around here.

Bowl fan gear is usually a meh idea. I'm surprised apparel companies make money off of them.
a) your team loses and they are unwearable
b) your team goes to a shitty bowl you'd look stupid wearing one (W or L)
c) they look like giant billboard advertisements, too much shite going on

What I find funny bout these cheating allegations is that they a) are coming from fans of programs known for cheating and b) on the heels of a recruiting class that, for the most part, can be easily explained.
Tony Connor, Ryan Buchanan, and Kailo Moore are all four stars from Mississippi. Ole Miss has never had a problem landing four stars from Mississippi.
Laquon Treadwell's best friend, Anthony Standifer, is already a defensive back for Ole Miss, so we had an in on him from day one.
Robert Nkemdiche's brother is a freshman all-American linebacker and fan favorite for our team. Then, once we were able to show that Nkemdiche was interested in our program, a lot of other blue chip players began to take notice.
I think that as far as cheatin' goes, what we're doing is no worse than what Alabama, Auburn, Florida, and everyone else is doing. All of our hands our dirty. We at Ole Miss just happen to be in a really good situation and have a staff of good recruiters.

It's explainable AND enticing to out of State players on the heels of the Hugh Freeze come up. Recent success and National buzz stemming from the R.N. lock..
This. Day in and day out..
Even as a State fan, you may/may not understand the pure joy I get seeing "Big 6" fans shite themselves over OM recruiting..

Uh Oh, Looks like the spank train is coming for Oxford and it's making no stops.
I KNEW THAT THERE WAS NO WAY OLE MISS COULD BE RECRUITING THIS WELL WITH A 7-6 SEASON.
This is like a second Christmas to me, can we also vacate all of their wins from the previous season?
