Had TCU scheduled for that season but they backed out at the last second. Not our fault. They ended up only losing to Boise in the Fiesta Bowl that season.

Like I said, we had a top 10 OOC opponent scheduled until THEY backed out at the last second. Wasn't our fault we had to schedule a second FCS school.

yeah, but that was back in the days when you could go 4-4 in the SEC and get into the Cotton Bowl. That's not happening these days

What's the Egg Bowl got to do with this. We proved we could compete with an undersized undermanned team against LSU, gave two other games away, and are in a bowl with a previously 2-10 team. Hell, Central Arky put up more of a fight than State

Well that was before Freezus. He out coached Mullen, not for a game, but for the entire season. We were the better team with less experience, scholarships, and talent. Freeze is a better recruiter and coach. We return more an add more than you. You've been passed up
