frick the whole "It being OM vs MSU" deal. I don't care if we're playing a little league team or the Yankees. We still gifted 5 runs and lost by 1. That pisses me off.

OK but the fact remains he threw one of his better outings (a lot better than last weekend) and you were handed 4 or 5 runs, played almost flawlessly in executing (minus the failed sac but late) and still scraped out a win by the skin of your teeth. Does that really make you feel all warm and fuzzy about the rest of the weekend?

Yes. Because we only have to win one of the remaining two games to win the series and get one step closer to the SEC tourney and SEC west 1st place spot.

Damn Pank, you really seem genuinely upset about this game. It's baseball. State could go out and make 4 errors tomorrow and lose by 10 runs.

It isn't just one game. Look at our fielding percentage. It's terrible. I DO realize that we are still a young team and youth sometimes leads to a lack of composure and that typically ends up in errors in the field.
Hell......We've committed 8 errors in the two games against you guys this year.

Morgan has been hurt and is day to day. Also Wahl has been our closer the majority of the year and I assume that Bianco wanted to throw Wahl in the 8th and Morgan in the 9th so they would both be available for tomorrow. If our defense didn't suck tonight Huber, Wahl and Morgan are a pretty good 7th, 8th and 9th combo.

Yes. I do blame him. I blame him on not getting our new players mentally ready for SEC play. Our bats have come along well enough to win but our fielding is atrocious. How we only had 1 error last weekend, I'll never know.
