Do people ever go anywhere other than The Strip when they visit Tuscaloosa? It seems all the views on Tuscaloosa and how "there's not much to the nigh life" is based solely on The Strip. There is a Downtown area of bars in Temerson Square.
yes..ive been to ttown probably around 20 times and I've been all over it

You already live 50 miles away from Houston. You are out of Houston.

You could hump a goat and your neighbors wouldn't know it. That's far enough away.

The Tap has some good acts that run through there.
Cory Morrow at The Tap was still one of the best concerts I've been to

Yeah, but do you prefer living over dying? I mean, it's going to be hard to compete if you're okay with putting your life in danger...then BR might have a leg to stand on.
Seriously.
BR is a death trap. I'd rather live in Starkville.
you're either a shitty flamer or extremely ignorant.
baton rouge has some really nice/beautiful areas plus the crime is segregated.

I remember being at LSU several years ago and some bar would serve pitchers of mixed drinks with a bunch of straws in them. I also think this was where the frat guy died in 97.
Murphy's Bar was shut down right after the LSU student died in 1997.
I spent many nights drinking at Murphy's when I went to LSU.
