Last two Mizzou bowl games I've watched have been against programs in complete turmoil after firing coaches from Arkansas. Very strange coincidence.

He will do well against most of the SEC east next year. He will get smoked by the SEC west if he tries that.

OK, I'm a newbie, but I'll chime in. We're looking pretty good so far. I think our offense will be fine in the SEC east next year, but defense is gonna have to step it up.
As far as attendance today...pathetic. It's embarrassing. But, it's the Monday after Christmas, at a bowl game we've been to several times before, in Shreveport. Not an optimal setup for bowl travels.
People are fired up about being in the SEC next year, and I bet our travel will improve significantly. Fans are planning vacations around football games...just need the schedule already!

I'm not saying that Franklin won't do well, as I think he has the makings of a good QB. But the SEC east has better defenses than anything Mizzou has faced all year.
UGA, USC, and UF this year would all be 1-2-3 in defense in the Big 12 if they were in that conference.
