I honestly don't know why PC would be interested in the job or why Long would be seriously interested in him for the job.

Only way I could see us getting him is if he shots the bed at Seattle this season and looking to go back to college and if we are the premier job open in college come end of the season.
But even then, there are a lot of ifs and scenarios that have to happen for that to happen.
Maybe he would come back to us since we gave him his first job?

Not sure how familar Jeff Long is with disposed Penn State interim coach Tom Bradley but he would be a great guy to handle the press.Bradley was the defacto Penn State coach for the last ten years after Joe slipped into dementia. Bradley has no experience on offense but has produced ranked D's with white kids that had to qualify academically to play at PSU

I could see that as a possibility but only in this context, but I agree, there's' a lot of "ifs".

I would be happy with Paul. Our offense ran more smoothly when he was here than when GM was (if I remem. correctly).
