Honestly, there is a lot of chatter on the tweeter about the dash cams...I guess there may be more to the story than we know. If there is, then we will likely find out sooner rather than later.

How much does Petrino make? At least $3M per season if I recall correctly. Seems to me that for that kind of cheese you end your vaca early if one of your key pieces to a potentially great season gets in trouble with the law.

No fans, or coaches, are looking for 'loopholes'.
I don't know what charge could be dropped, sounded pretty cut and dried. He blew a .09, limit in Arkansas is .08. He had the G2, it's been banned (don't know what the penalty is - it's been 'banned' but not classified as a drug?)
Those are the two things that would get you booted. The insurance, license etc crap is a F'up, but wouldn't get you kicked.
