Milroe is a selfish delusional politician who was pumped up by his enablers like Hurts and his dad. They were alll determined to make Milroe something he wasn't. Milroe and co would have rather hurt the team than Milroe step out of the way and see the team succeed.

Aint Milroe's job to piss away his own money. There is no concept of "team" anymore.
