Georgia is just as hard to get in as GT. GTs student body is appt 1/3 foreign- primarily Asian and about 1/3 from the NE US. Their enrollment is somewhere around 15,000 last I heard. Much less than UGA. They have only a few majors and unless you want to be an engineer or an athlete who agrees to go into their business management program aka basketweaving 101 they have little to offer.

It’s the truth. Don’t care if you believe it or not. I have 2 degrees from Georgia and with these new requirements I doubt that I’d be able to even get in today. Much less stay in. I liked that Athens party scene way too much

its fine if you dont care I understand. I dont believe you have even a single college degree honestly. from the way you write but you dont care either in your ignorance and spite…. This could have been resolved simply but you didnt want to provide so called proof of the fact that Georgia is now compete with Rhodes or sewanee or W&M or Tech thats fine
just realize that you have only made Georgia look even more like a football factory amateur hour that I am sure the elite Atlanta cant wait to send their precious children to instead of oh you know tranny vandy or Centre or Transylvania lol

It’s there. I have no desire to do research for you. While the numbers vary a little year by year they are currently in the range I gave you. UGA is now considered a public IVY and it’s very hard to get in. Be sure to check the latest data as the requirements have skyrocketed in the last 10 years or so. Georgia has the HOPE scholarship program and as a result the brightest kids apply at UGA instead of Vandy and the Ivy League schools.
Georgia is where a lot of Texas kids go when they don’t get in to Texas but are actually good students and deserved to get in. Knowing what I know now I wouldve applied there for sure. Good school and everyone I know that went there is plenty smart. Definitely not in the same league as the other SEC schools minus Vandy and UF.

I'd be more embarrassed about getting my arse kicked in bowl games to be honest.

It came about during the SECs run of 2006 to 2012 that saw 4 different SEC teams win 7 straight BCS titles dominating teams outside the southeast. The. died off once Saban/Bama became dominant. It was fun at the time but became sillier as time went on.
I recall it being chanted at the 1997 Independence Bowl. So we were doing it well before the BCS run although that may have made it more prevalent
