Period.

You're being a retard.

Oh I get it. Walking the leadoff in the 12th, making 3 errors, one at a critical time in the game, walking 13 batters, yes i said 13, wasnt what changed the outcome of the game?

In one of the intros to one of the innings late, there was a video by Eibner saying we need to control what we can control. Walking 13 isnt that.

I have never seen 2 interference calls made like that...Eibner wasn not in the wrong and neither was the Catcher. LSU, the Catcher was never interfered with in his motion at any point, and that was how Grace and Hovolka explained it to us at Wichita, because Gene teaches his guys to stand on the plate if they miss a hit and run.

because Gene teaches his guys that, it must be legal?

Eibner, like I have said many times, although not on purpose, was over the plate and contact was made by the catcher, which becomes interference.

That isnt what I am saying...We questioned the same move that got Eibner called out twice and the answer was as long as no impairment of the throw is made it is not interference.

The way you are interpreting things, you cant even slide into second to break the double play up. And I am not talking sliding over the bag, which is illegal in college ball.

How many of the 13 came because the dickhead behind the plate would call pitches right down the pipe a ball for Ark pitchers? In that case, this does not fall into the "things we can control" category.

There was impairment of the throw, the throw was way off line because of contact made with the batter.

Don't know if it's been brought up, but from what I've heard this home plate ump was suspended from umping minor league ball because of his horrible strike zone.

I could believe that Ross.

I am not one to complain about umpiring much, but that was one of the worst displays of behind the plate calling I probably have ever seen in my life.

The guy drove up our pitch count, and even the commentators were snickering/commenting on the poor calls of balls and strikes.

It is sad IMO that a 40-50 year old person can be so blatantly wrong on so many occasions.

I sincerely hope that Arkansas comes out with a fired lit beneath them for tonights game, and torches the Sun Devils and umps.

The Umpire last night had umpired 3 CWS, 2008 Olympics, pan america games, minor leagues and also major leagues.

He was also relieved of his duties in minor league because of his poor calling.

UNC's coach was also physically restrained last weekend in the Norman regional after more horrible calls by this same umpire.

Why would you attempt to defend an incompetent umpire like this guy?

I said time and time again how bad his zone was. All I was defending was the last interference call.

He didnt interfere with any of his throws, the first one was atrocious...the second one was questionable.

Atleast this guy will be in the rocking chair today.

God, I hope so. I don't want to win or lose due to shitty officiating. It's bad for sports all around. If we win, it needs to be because we were the better team. If we lose, it needs to be because we were outplayed by a better team.
