I'm highly suspicious that it's a family member and not really him. Who really besides Stephen Garica could give less of a frick than he seems to?

No, I am not surprised at all that he posted it. 
that whole post to the DA on the mugshot site though was just wrong. He needs to pay the $22 to get that shite down.

Some people DGAF I guess. Plus, I'm sure it made some form of news where he lives. A lot of people come here to vent their problems. Some may view it as wrong when they do, but maybe they have no other outlet.
