Take your hands, turn left upside down grab them with fingers together and try to pull apart. You are using energy of muscles and concentration to stop focusing on what is making you mad. It works, but with those kids they think its working biceps and they think they getting swole.
The one I hate using especially on desk chuckers is grounding, because you tell them to grab legs or side of desk as hard as they can and keep feet flat on floor. But a desk chucker might actually chuck the desk doing this.

The thing is the boys I am good with, its the 2 little girls that scare the bejesus out of me. One played footsie with me in a session and I was like stop, stop please, You better stop, to okay you need to leave now and I will talk to the principal. The other girl came to school with a barbie doll and a some other doll and she made her own Cinemax film. Yeah I dont get in same room with that one alone.
