Look at Lotus Designs PFDs. They're made for whitewater and kinda pricey, but because they're made for whitewater they're made for maximum mobility and are still class iii PFDs.

Nah. The longest open water distance is only a couple of miles.
Most of the keys are very close, so you'd rarely be further than a couple hundred yards from land, unless you just wanted to paddle out in the middle of the ocean.

FWIW...I never asked for him to be banned. I was being a jackass for bragging about what I own and posting my checking account balance. I'm really not that kind of person and I regret it.
