Again, there’s a difference between skirting the rules and blatantly ignoring them. It’s why Ole Miss got hammered, and it’s why aTm is in the crosshairs.
Wrong. Ole Miss got hammered because they beat the Golden Goose two straight years and nearly a third.

And that's why Texas A&M is in the crosshairs, because the writing is on the wall.

If you folks are insisting on honesty here, then let's have some.

Saban is beginning to sound more and more like Barry Switzer, who when asked if Oklahoma cheats, famously said, "We don't need to cheat, we're Oklahoma."

LSU knows how it works. Saban worked for you guys.
And Jimbo knows how it works. He worked with Saban for "us" guys.

Saban with the killshot. I wanna see how Jimbo responds. He should just laugh it off but I bet he goes on a retarded tirade.

Ahh, the stereotypical tin foil lsu fan. I don’t post on this board much anymore but glad y’all are still around.

It had nothing to do with perennial cellar dweller Ole Miss pulling the number 1 prospect in the country, or a 5 star receiver from Chicago, or a 5 star tackle from Georgia. They were in the crosshairs because they beat Bama twice (Bama went to the playoffs both years and won the natty in one of them). Random shite to average team suddenly pulls numerous 5 star recruits for first time in history. Nothing fishy about that. I wonder how some of y’all manage to buckle up and drive to work in the morning

This is completely out of character for him.

I agree, he's trying to get out in front of something but he's also going to stir up some stuff he's not going to like.

Its like dropping a nuke.

He threatened to expose others when he went on his stupid rant and his head was exploding. He claimed to know about big time cheating but strangely never mentioned it before his dream class was questioned. He looked like a guilty guy who got called out and the more he raged on and on the guiltier he looked

So why bother playing the games if the lesser teams have no chance of bettering themselves?

Why is nobody questioning Clemson's rise? You talk about a program that was pure dog shite before Dabo got there.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that Jimbo didn't cheat. That would be laughable. I'm just saying how ridiculous it is for pot Saban to be calling kettle Jimbo, black.

Clemson hasn't pulled a #1 class that I know of, certainly not the highest rated class ever.

Early on, they were winning with fairly meh talent and it improved over time.

They went from a losing record to 10 consecutive double-digit win seasons. Nobody questioned that.

What about Pittman at Arkansas? How do you win 11 games combined over 4 seasons and then have a 9-win season? It happens.

Better coaching.

There wasn't a dramatic jump in talent in either case.

Better coaching can certainly improve a team, but you don't make a dramatic jump like that without an equal jump in talent level.

ETA: I just find it laughable that Saban is all bent out of shape because other teams are now being allowed to do what his program has done for a decade.

I don't know what to tell you, there literally wasn't a dramatic jump in talent.

It isn't like you can't go look at this for yourself.

For instance, in the case of Arkansas, Chad Morris' final class was better than Pittman's class this year.
