Chubb has been over 5 for his entire career, which is more than 2 years.

AD avg 4.9 for his first 10 years at Minny. Lets see if Chubb has staying power. Chubb is really great though, a pure runner like AD was.

AD had 1,198 rushes his first 4 yrs vs Chubb had 908. Again, I like Chubb he is a pure runner very few of them these days.

One last stat AD listed twice (Minny had worst qbs except his Farve year and teams stacked box 8/9 assuming was rush play)

Most rushing yards after contact in a season

1. Derrick Henry (2019) - 1,605
2. Adrian Peterson (2012) - 1,438
3. Michael Turner (2008) - 1,313
4. Adrian Peterson (2008) - 1,220
5. Larry Johnson (2006) - 1,128

Which is great. But the OP said best RB in the NFL. I believe he’s talking about right now.

Chubb is the only back in NFL history to average over 5 yards per carry 4 years in a row.

Jamal Charles averaged over 5 YPC from 2008-2012, was at 5 YPC in 2013-2014, and then over 5 YPC in 2015.

From 2008-2014, Charles led the league in avg YPC over the league avg.

Charles was a beast, as is Chubb.
