Warmack is definitely the better prospect but guards don't typically go in the Top 15.

that's likely to change this year.

I certainly knew who Jessie Williams is. I also knew who J. Jenkins of UGA was and Kwame Geathers of UGA...the game is usually decided in the trenches when turnovers arent involved heavily to one side.

Love college football and the south on saturdays are special because of it. Those of you who love your team should focus on all the inner finesse plays that cause games to be won or lost...if you want to know cxollege football. Special teams is extremely important and field position dictates what offenses can do or not do.

The true fact that escapes most is that qb/wrs dont win games...its the OL/DL that are more important. If you want your team to win the SEC it has to adhere to the following stats: it must finish at least in the top four rushing in SEC offenses and ditto in SEC rush defense...with perhaps 2nd or 3rd place defense being more desired. Its that simple. LSU & UGA lost a lot on defense...too much to overcome even with very good offenses. Spare me the backups story...WHO behind THEM have snaps under their belts? Injuries will be important in 2013....because of the graduation/early departures on a lot of teams.

I see Bama/A&M as west winners...Bama just has an easy schedule...thanks Slive and enjoy another round at the Tuscaloosa Country Club. LSU will compete but has been gashed on defense...again...I know more about the backups than you do...spare me please..Rasco and A. Johnson are very good....but how many in the DL rotation will LSU have that are SEC ready? An injury to even one DL will spell doom.

perhaps.

There are a bunch of solid players in this class but not many that demand a high pick.

the last time a guard went in the Top 15 was 1997.

the saints picked Chris Naeole with the #10 pick that year.
