Davis' self-defense claim looks weak as shite. He was definitely trolling for a confrontation and drunk off his arse.

Davis is coming across as a massive piece of shite. Thank God Miles’ dumbass could bring him to Tuscaloosa the first weekend he was back after being away from the team for 2 months

I gather she was not killed on UA campus. They owe her nothing. I doubt my company would issue an apology if I killed someone.

Yeah the family's statements read like "we want to find a way the University is wrong for this." Comes off as fishing for a lawsuit against UA.

I see nothing in the article to indicate Miller should be charged with anything.

Miller’s situation is completely different and anyone who is thinking through this with a level head can’t say for certain if he’s innocent or guilty. Not until all investigations are complete. If he’s guilty, then lock him up forever. But he still deserves a fair trial, if warranted.

I just find it hard to believe that someone who knew this was about to happen would have sat in his car waiting for a gun fight directly behind him to break out.

As some have alluded to: this seems to be the classic case of Miller is not guilty of anything, yet neither is he innocent.
