No, but that hasn't changed since before it was legalized...so that does not explain a 120% jump in fatalities.
The test results are the test results, and if there was a 120% increase a 10% increase in population doesn't explain the jump. Once pot was legalized there was a significant jump. Also, using your strict logic, not all of the 10% increase in population would have been smoking weed, and of the ones who were not all would have been driving, and of those who did not all would have been pulled over.
ETA
However...getting back to the original point. I was calling out those who said DUI's and Fatalities had gone down after weed was legalized. I said...and proved...they had not. Now, do you still want to argue that the rates had gone down?

All depends if DUI = fatalities.

Wow, this is quite surprising but makes sense. As someone said above, marijuana doesn’t give athletes any real competitive edge. It’s more about personal choice and health. I’ve been vaping the Lost Mary MO 20000 Pro, which is my own way of enjoying a little relaxation. Just like cannabis, it’s about personal well-being rather than enhancing performance...

Marijuana has nothing to do with performance enhancement, so it’s cool they’re finally focusing on health and well-being rather than penalties. Honestly, if more places follow suit, the market for gear and accessories is only going to grow.
