re: NCAA: "Hundreds of violations occurred in Tennessee football program over 3 seasons"

I'm not reading 3 pages so maybe it's been mentioned, but with pruitt/kirby both being saban disciples and having learned most of their trade from him direclty, how int eh world has kirby managed to replicate it exactly without issue while pruitt failed so miserably? I'm not talking about wins on the field I'm talking about payments/violations or lack thereof.
