Looking at this game they wouldn't have even been bowl eligible

Color me shocked. Foolish of people thinking we want or need them in SEC. We've diluted the product enough, the next two better be homerun additions.

I hope they aren't. There is absolutely zero reason to bring in 2 powerhouse football programs in addition to what we have, unless we're content on everyone going through a murderer's row gauntlet every year prior to the playoffs. Hell, with 2 more powers it would probably lessen the SEC's chance of getting in the playoffs going forward.

If/when we expand again we should take 2 mid-tier programs similar to a missouri. A team with somewhat of a name that is going to be pretty average every year with an excellent season here and there with some shite seasons here and there. I think NC State would be perfect, not counting the politics of them leaving unc/duke and all.

I will say that we have played incredibly well. Seeing things out of our OL, RB's, and Safeties that we haven't seen all year. We needed the month off to grow some of these young players up.

Would love to see Florida State in. Would be the end of their 10 win seasons

Then NC State and Va Tech are the logical choices for TV footprint's sake and for potential's sake.

Don't judge NC State by this one game. They are probably the second best football fans in the ACC and, without a doubt, the best in NC.

Plus they would bring good basketball and baseball to the conference.

yeah, and how bout oklahoma to round it out?

Anyone wanting to make their own football team's schedule harder is just not thinking clearly.
