Sure 7 leagues, each league gets in 2 to the playoffs.

I love the idea of going back to original SEC. We were a tight family back then.

There's more thought given in the OP than has been given by anyone on the inside of college football.

1 - playing FCS teams helps them out financially

2 - ALL teams/conferences should have identical schedules

3 - I will agree no CG’s IF there’s a full conference schedule (XII had this & was stupid to force a CG)

4 - VERY FEW people are for MORE conferences
